Gluten free pasta with courgette, mushroom, basil, and spring onion.

The sauce was a couple of spoonfuls of tesco vegan cheese spread, fennel powder, and dried herbs.

Turnip, potato, carrot and onion with tesco garlic and herb cheese spread and apple sauce.

The vegetables were a pre prepared pack from the supermarket. It made a lovely quick stew to eat with gluten free bread for dipping.
